The short version

The game has no ads, no accounts, no purchases and no analytics. We do not collect information about you, and everything the game saves stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. We do not receive any information about you or how you play. The only time we receive personal information is if you email us yourself.

Like every developer on Google Play, we can see aggregated statistics that Google Play provides, such as how many people installed the app in each country, which device models run it, and crash reports from people who chose to share those with Google. These do not identify you, and the game itself sends us nothing.

What is stored on your device

To remember where you are, the game saves your progress (which levels you finished and your stars), your settings, and the level you were in the middle of, including the blocks you found and the program you were building. This stays on your device. We never see it.

On Android, the system's own backup feature may copy this saved data to your Google account and restore it if you set up a new phone. That is done by Android under your own account settings, not by us, and you can turn it off in your phone's backup settings.

The web version

If you play in a web browser, the game saves your progress in your browser's local storage. The game itself does not set cookies. The page is delivered by a hosting company (Netlify). Like any web host, it may keep ordinary technical logs of requests, such as the time and your network address, under its own privacy policy. The game itself does not add anything to them.

The host may also add something of its own to the pages it serves: a small "Powered by Netlify" badge in the bottom-right corner, which opens a card inviting people to build their own site on Netlify. It is not part of the game and we do not control it. According to Netlify it makes no network requests of its own and does not use analytics or cookies; if you hide it, your browser remembers that on this site only. Tapping its links takes you to Netlify's website, which has its own privacy policy.

Apart from that, the game's own files make no requests to any other website: everything it needs is served with the game, and this is checked automatically before each release.

The Android app

The Android app contains the game only. The host's badge described above is not part of the app. The app does not ask for permission to use the internet and does not need to connect to it to play.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not have any.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to how it is used. Because we do not hold any information about you, there is nothing for us to return or delete, except emails you have sent us, which we will delete on request.

Erasing your data

In the game, open Settings and choose Reset progress. You can also clear the app's storage in your phone's settings, clear the site's data in your browser, or uninstall the app.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date. If a future version of the game adds anything that changes how information is handled, such as ads or purchases, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
